Founded on these simple principles:

1. God is the owner, we're His stewards.
2. Be client centered always.
3. Operate from the R.I.C.H. principles.
4. Under promise & over deliver.
5. Lead a balanced life.
  • "The earth is the Lord's, and all it contains,

The world, and those who dwell in it." Ps. 24:1

"The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine, declares the Lord of hosts." Haggai 2:8

"...for the land is Mine; for you are but aliens and sojourners with Me." Lev. 25:23

"...for you are not your own for you have been bought with a price therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit which are God's." I Cor. 6:20

"...What do you have that you did not receive and if you did receive it why do you boast as if you had not received it." I Cor. 4:7

As stewards of His business, we work to assist our client to implement quality stewardship of what they've been given. We do so with the understanding that the focus must be on Kingdom purposes and Kingdom benefits and that the Christian steward is part of that kingdom. Therefore providing for one's own is a biblically mandated jurisdiction as seen in I Tim. 5:8, but must be done from a Kingdom focused perspective.

  • "In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for in this is the Law and the Prophets." Mt. 7:12

"Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but wth humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others." Phil. 2:3-4.

"Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification. For even Christ did not please Himself..." Rom. 15:2-3

"For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing." James 3:16

"Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor..." Rom. 12:9-10.

It is our understanding and appreciation that our clients are central to our mission. We trust that when we do our best to operate from the best interest of our clients, we will be taken care of as well.

  • Reliability - You can count on us to deliver you the best service, with a smile and a prayer if needed.

"But let your statement be, 'Yes, yes' or No, no'..." Mt. 5:37

"In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy." I Cor. 4:2

"Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal faithfully are His delight." Prov. 12:22

"For we have regard for what is honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men." 2 Cor. 8:21

There are few things today that one can count on to be there when we need it. We take pains to be an entity in whom you can rely. Our policy is to return calls within 24 hours during the working week. Jeremy is regularly available via his cell phone and email when the need arises. We are honored to serve as one of the few trusted advisors in your life.

Integrity - You can rest assured that we attempt to do the right things, even when no one else knows.

"He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his way will be found out." Prov. 10:9

"The integrity of the upright will guide them, but the crookedness of the treacherous will destroy them." Prov. 11:3

"Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than he who is crooked though he be rich." Prov. 28:6

"A righteous man who walks in his integrity - How blessed are his sons after him." Prov. 20:7

The best definition of integrity is doing what is right when no one else knows. This is what we call walking the walk. This is paramount at Inheritance Builders because we embrace Proverbs 22:1 that says. "A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches." The integrity, or lack thereof, is directly related to the reputation one maintains as he walks through life.

Consistency - Our foundational principles are always right, always relevant and never change.

"...with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning." James 1:17

"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." 2 Tim. 3:16-17

There is no better resource for monetary wisdom than the Bible. Crown Ministries identifies more than 2350 verses that pertain to money and possessions. We are convinced that the wisdom contained therein will always be right no matter the circumstances. These truths will always be relevant no matter the culture or social changes. We are confident that they will not change with the latest wind or shift in the sand. Therefore, we are willing to hang our hat on these principles and trust God for the results.

Honesty - Operating in truth brings freedom to everyone so bold as to believe it.

"If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." John 8:31-32

"Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal faithfully are His delight." Prov. 12:22

"Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you." Phil. 4:8-9

"For the one who desires life, to love and see good days, must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. He must turn away from evil and do good; he must seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, and His ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil." I Pet. 3:10-12

"A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is His delight." Prov. 11:1goes here

  • We, like you, are tired of glorious promises of grand returns and the sort. We do our best to be conservative in projected potential risks and returns. We diligently work to keep our word.

You will not find us promising you returns or presenting you glossy pitches to impress you and boast about how great we are. You will find us diligently working to provide excellence in all we do, for God's glory.

"Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring forth. Let another praise you and not your own mouth; a stranger and not your own lips." Prov. 27:1-2

"Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him." Prov. 26:12

  • For example, Jeremy was willing to walk away from being the Dave Ramsey Investing ELP from Monterey to Bakersfield. As you can see this was a large territory that had grown amazingly busy. Jeremy grew progressively more convinced that servicing this area was causing him to violate this principle, so at the end of 2010 he chose to restructure the business. Part of the restructuring meant letting go of the Dave Ramsey Investing ELP Endorsement which is a highly sought after endorsement. In reality, if the schedule required to service this large of an area were allowed to continue, Jeremy would have very little time for his family. He would have to continue being on the road 5 days a week working 12 hr days. This is not conducive to a balanced live. Therefore, after much prayer, he decided that this imbalance could not continue, because it violated this foundational principle.

"Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it." Prov. 22:6

"Fathers do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." Eph. 6:4

    Deuteronomy 6

"Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world." James 1:27
